This 40-foot shipping container is a pre-used unit, classified as wind and watertight (WWT). It serves as a practical solution for on-site storage, overflow inventory warehousing, or as a secure enclosure in industrial settings. The container is constructed from weathering steel, commonly known as COR-TEN, which develops a protective patina over time. This patina reduces the need for constant repainting in outdoor environments.

Access to the interior is provided through the rear double doors. These doors are equipped with steel locking bars and forged steel ratchets, which pull the doors tightly closed against the integrated rubber gaskets. When properly sealed, these components work together to create the wind and watertight environment.

Internally, the container features a plywood floor laid over a steel cross-member substructure. This floor is capable of supporting concentrated loads, such as forklifts or loaded pallets, when loading from ground level. The interior walls and ceiling are the bare corrugated steel, offering tie-down points within the grooves.

It should be noted that this unit is being sold in “as-is” used condition. It will show signs of previous service life, including scratches, dents, and surface rust. It does not, however, have holes that allow daylight through the walls, roof, or floor. The wind and watertight classification is strictly limited to resistance against driven rain and normal air infiltration; it is not designed for submersion or pressurized water exposure.
